| whilst I agree with BeBoosted about checking for oil in the plenum (you could also take off one of the throttle body induction pipes to check). I'm not convinced by your description... "white smoke" is usually steam and not smoke at all. "Blue smoke" is usually burnt oil. (or blueish white). "great smoke" is usually unburnt fuel (or blackish). since fuel combustion produces a lot of water if the weather is cold this will show as white steam and be most obvious at idle and stationary. but since you say "ALOT" you might be better off posting a photo or video.
